FACEBOOK PAGE INTEGRATION
An easy way to communicate your event and keep your guests/patrons up to date is to create a Facebook page. clickr integrates with your Facebook Page, allowing multiple users to post directly to the page in real time. The purpose of this is to capture the moments that count, with the people that count.

clickr will connect your event and its guests/patrons more deeply by capturing the happy moments they share and experience. For public events, clickr can trigger a custom SMS to the person that uploaded the post or to a number entered during the post process. SMS's can be used for a confirmation message with a Call to Action (CTA) and link to a landing page with additional CTA's.

All posts have the option of being posted 'live' or to 'drafts' where they can first be reviewed prior to going live on your page.

QR CODE EASY JOIN
Link new users to your event quickly and easily without any fuss. Simply advise users / guests to download the app from their App store (either Google or Apple).
  • Every event is issued with a unique QR code.
  • Simply make your QR code available to new users / guests to scan.
  • The app uses a built in QR Code scanner via the camera, so no need to download any other apps or tools.
  • Users can belong to multiple businesses / events.
  • Request the removal of any users at any time.
  • Access is automatically removed when the event is unpublished.
CUSTOMISED / TEMPLATED POSTS
As clickr is effectively a social engagement tool, at the core of the product is the ability to create customised, templated posts.

Why would you want to do this:
  • Ensure consistency in posting.
  • Create a fun interaction activity for your event and collect data in the process.
  • Make strategic use of #hashtags without the risk of incorrect usage or misspelling.
  • Personalise posts through incorporating input fields, such as the customers name, product purchased, phone number (for SMS messaging) and any other key data fields.
In the event that you do not want to post the image and content to Facebook, but still want to send it to your customer, with the simple inclusion of a button, you can elect not to post to Facebook.

CUSTOM BRANDED FRAMES
clickr is designed to create engagement through capturing a memorable event into an image. The image is the cornerstone to the customer connection and the trigger to drive engagement. As the engagement is organic, it is an excellent opportunity for your business to benefit from the image being branded. As the branding is embedded into the image, even if it is copied or saved your brand remains present.

How does it work:
  • Multiple frames are uploaded into the backend and made available for selected post types.
  • Once you have taken your picture, simply click the wand icon and select the frame you want to use.
  • The viewport for the camera is locked to a square, ensuring optimal compatibility and stability across multiple mediums.
Incorporate the frame selection into the customer experience by allowing your customer to select their own frame. Make your frames fun, topical and relevant to current trends and watch your engagement grow even more.

Your creativity options are endless ranging from watermark overlays to cutouts.
INBOX FOR COMMUNICATION
clickr offers an inbox for strategic communication to all guests/patrons.

What could you use it for:
  • Publish content regarding location including links to maps / local accommodation, etc.
  • Publish schedules and locations for performances, itineraries, activities, etc.
  • Create rich content including text and image structure.
Unlike in-app messages and notifications, inbox messages do not disappear once they have been read. This means they are available as a reference until such time as they are deleted off the backend.

Benefits:
  • Less intrusive than notifications and in-app messages.
  • Messages are available indefinitely allowing content to be revisited.
  • Inbox messages are available offline.
CUSTOM SMS's
Optional for Public Events

clickr has the built-in ability to send custom SMS's to your guests at the time of uploading their post. Even if they elected not to post to Facebook, you can still trigger and send the SMS. SMS's are linked to the Post Type and as such you can create a different SMS for each Post Type.

How could you use this feature:
  • Send a Thank You message to your guest/user.
  • Include a Call To Action in the message, such as a link to a web page requesting feedback, or even a competition.
  • Send a message with a link to your Facebook page so that they can easily like and share 'their' post.
CUSTOM LANDING PAGES
Landing pages are powerful when used effectively. clickr includes the functionality to have multiple landing pages linked to Post Types on a one to many basis.

What could you use this for:
  • A quick easy link to the image and post message on a custom webpage with a link to your Facebook page.
  • A custom page to drive online reviews and customer feedback.
  • A competition page.
  • A custom page to promote an app download.
  • A page with links to all your social media channels to promote additional awareness.
  • A page with additional promotion or product information with links to your official website.
