FACEBOOK PAGE INTEGRATION
clickr integrates with your Facebook Page, allowing multiple users to post directly to the page in real time. The purpose of this is to capture the moments that count, with the people that count.

clickr will connect your business and its clients more deeply by capturing the happy moments your customers share with your brand. After capturing these loyalty building moments in a customised templated Facebook post, clickr will reach out to the customer, send them a customised SMS with a link to the emotion packed, branded Facebook post on your page.

All posts have the option of being posted 'live' or to 'drafts' where they can first be reviewed prior to going live on your page. For a small fee, clickr will even do this for you.

In the event that you do not want to post the image and content to Facebook, but still want to send it to your customer, with the simple inclusion of a button, you can elect not to post to Facebook.

CUSTOM BRANDED FRAMES
clickr is designed to create engagement through capturing a memorable event into an image. The image is the cornerstone to the customer connection and the trigger to drive engagement. As the engagement is organic, it is an excellent opportunity for your business to benefit from the image being branded. As the branding is embedded into the image, even if it is copied or saved your brand remains present.

How does it work:
  • Multiple frames are uploaded into the backend and made available for selected post types.
  • Once you have taken your picture, simply click the wand icon and select the frame you want to use.
  • The viewport for the camera is locked to a square, ensuring optimal compatibility and stability across multiple mediums.
Incorporate the frame selection into the customer experience by allowing your customer to select their own frame. Make your frames fun, topical and relevant to current trends and watch your engagement grow even more.

INBOX FOR COMMUNICATION
clickr offers an inbox for strategic communication to all users.
  • Publish and remove content on request
  • Use content to empower staff/users with key information on hand

Unlike in-app messages and notifications, inbox messages do not disappear once they have been read. This means they are available as a reference until such time as they are deleted off the backend.

CUSTOM SMS's
clickr has the built-in ability to send custom SMS's to your customers at the time of uploading your post. Even if you elected not to post to Facebook, you can still trigger and send the SMS. SMS's are linked to the Post Type and as such you can create a different SMS for each Post Type.
